TOPO POWDER COATING CO. LTD is a modern company specialising in the production and sale of powder paints. We supply customers in Ukraine and Europe with high-quality powder materials for protective and decorative metal coating.
Our Ukrainian plant is located in the Volyn region. Its production capacity is about 170 t per month, which lets us respond flexibly to customer needs, deliver quickly to Europe and fulfil large wholesale orders.

One of our key advantages is keeping high stock levels, which lets us fulfil orders quickly and minimise delivery times.
Section 0. Raw material handling and dosing
Receiving and precise dosing of the starting components in dry form, according to the process formulation.
Basic components of the mixture
Section 1. Pre-mix
Dry pre-mixing of the components in a high-speed mixer to achieve a uniform dispersion before heat treatment.
Section 2. Hot extrusion, cooling and primary crushing
Melt extrusion of the mixture at a controlled temperature: the molten strip is quickly cooled and mechanically crushed into large flakes.
Section 3. Grinding and packing
Fine grinding of the flakes to the specified particle size (30–50 µm fraction), air classification (removing off-size dust) and packing in sealed containers.
Section EMIX. Modification and dry blending
Dry blending of the finished powder paint with modifiers that keep it from caking during long storage or transport.
Section D. R&D laboratory and pilot line
An experimental workshop and laboratory where new colours and formulations are created, new technologies and trial batches are tested, and the initial physical and mechanical analysis of coatings is carried out (adhesion, thickness, gloss, impact resistance).
