This policy explains what personal data the topo.ua website collects, why, how we protect it and what rights you have. We process data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, for visitors from the EU, also taking into account the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who processes your data
The data controller is TOPO POWDER COATING CO. LTD, 4 Rivnenska St., Strumivka village, Lutsk district, Volyn region, 45603, Ukraine. Email for personal data questions: sales.topo@ukr.net.
2. What data we collect
Only what you enter in the request form yourself:
- full name;
- company name;
- phone number;
- your message.
Together with the request we receive the site language and the address of the page it was sent from. We do not ask for passport, payment or other sensitive data — please do not include it in your message.
3. Why we use the data
- to reply to your request and advise you;
- to prepare a quotation or price calculation, or to send samples;
- to fulfil agreements if you become our customer.
The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, as well as the preparation and performance of a contract. We do not use your data for mailings unless you ask us to separately.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes. To run the website we use services that process data only on our behalf:
- Web3Forms — delivers requests from the form to our email;
- Cloudflare — website hosting and attack protection; during a visit it sees technical request data (IP address, browser type);
- Google Fonts — website fonts; when a page loads, your browser sends Google your IP address.
Some of these services may process data outside Ukraine. Data may also be provided to public authorities, but only where required by law.
5. How long we keep data
Request data is kept as long as needed to reply and for further cooperation, but no longer than 3 years after your last contact. After that we delete it. You can ask us to delete it earlier.
6. Cookies
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track your actions. Only strictly necessary technical cookies may be used for the website to work correctly and securely (including those from Cloudflare).
7. Your rights
Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, you have the right to:
- know what data of yours we process and for what purpose;
- access your data;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- withdraw your consent and request deletion of your data;
- object to processing;
- file a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or with a court.
To exercise these rights, write to us at sales.topo@ukr.net. We will reply within 30 calendar days.
8. Data protection
The website works over a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to requests is limited to employees who need it to handle your enquiry.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example if new services appear on the website. The current version is always available on this page.
